French 1845-1867 pattern trousers
French infantry trousers pattern 1845 and 1855, meticulously copied from an original specimen preserved in Russia (see pics). Made of sturdy madder red ("rouge garance") cloth, lined with "cretonne de coton". Available in standard sizes and inside leg lengths. The later patterns of 1858, and 1867 are also available, as well as the Imperial Guard variants with blue piping or bands down the ouside leg seam.
